Background

Anisha Mistry 3rd Dan Has been training with Kombat Federation for 15 years, in that period entering many domestic and international tournaments in both Kata and Kumite. Anisha is currently studying for a BSc in Mathematics and Actuarial Science at Leicester University.
Anisha’s teaching duties include:

  • Senior Kata Coach for Kombat Federation.
  • Teaching weekly competition classes for Kombatkids
  • Running squad sessions in Kata and Kumite for all levels of athletes
  • Female squad captain, (Mentor to our younger up and coming students)
  • Black belt coach, teaching on the monthly way to excellence courses for Kombatkids.
  • Wadokai England WKE Assistant Kata Coach

 

Anisha Mistry is an ex-England EKF A Squad Kumite member who has represented Wadokai England both in Kata and Kumite at the JKF Wado-Kai World Cup held in Nagoya Japan in 2015, taking a Team World Bronze Medal in Kumite.

Under 13 Wado Kai European Kata champion Romania 2008

European Team Kata champion 2014
European silver medalist in Kumite 2014.

Anisha is the most successful female competitor of all time both in Kata and Kumite for Kombat Federation.
